Dolphins - Boydens are pleased to offer this ideally located beach hut on the third row of Southcliff. The hut has uninterrupted sea views and is offered in fantastic poistion. It was externally painted late 2024 and built to a high standard with thicker than usual timber used to clad the outside and exterior ply used to line the inside walls and roof after a waterproof membrane lining. Internally, it is finished with pine panelling throughout and the roof is covered with mineral torched-on felt. Inside, the hut benefits from a partition with two lockable half glazed doors (laminated safety glass).

The hut is close to a drinking water tap and steps leading up to the parade offering easy access to Walton on the Nazes train station and car parks.

The purchaser is liable for the beach hut application transfer fee of £512.50.
