The hut was built in 2015 and is owned by the same couple since it was built and is presented to a very high standard throughout, including seating with storage underneath, a fitted kitchenette unit with work surface, further storage above, bespoke removable windows for the hatch and the upper stable door to protect from the elements and to still be able to enjoy the hut in the winter months, a window which provides stunning uninterrupted seaviews, pier and Southcliff Promenade and a large decking area to enjoy the beautiful view on offer. Extra benefits of the hut include fully insulated walls and roof, the hut has been painted inside and out every year in the spring and autumn and the decking once a year for protection, the furnishings were bought from John Lewis, Habitat and Laura Ashley. All of the contents are to remain i.e cutlery, crockery, table and chairs, voile curtain, extra chairs for decking, sun beds, UV Protection Sun umbrella, Windbreak for the beach (this can also be fitted around the decking), portable gas heater, portable gas cooker ring, Louvred window mirror, pictures, cushions, mattress and coverings, all cleaning equipment to remain. There are also two sets of keys to the hut.

There is an on-site car parking area that sits just above the site and is exclusive for this development for an annual charge of £150.00 per space.
