Update for Landlords on the Renters (Reform) Bill
As per my recent emails, I have been keeping a close on the progress of this bill and the information relating to the same.
I have sourced and attached a guide produced by a trusted supplier within the lettings industry, that explains the history surrounding the formation of the bill, what this includes and the possible impact of the same.
Chapter 2 and 3 are very informative in terms of changes to section 8 and the proposed provision of pets.

In terms of the bill, this is still on the second reading stage, so still some considerable time to go.
