It is quite rare these days to see a family business where the family are truly involved on a fundamental level, and on a daily basis. The longevity of the business is down to family succession planning, which has evolved in a structured way. Our history and deep-rooted connections bring us repeat business from recommendations, which is vitally important to us. My son and I are now working together alongside our excellent team, and I am using connections built up over the years as a catalyst for new business.
